My foundation is quantitative: management science and business strategy, BSc and MBA, Athens University of Economics and Business.
That background decides how I run research: how I scope and cost a programme, how I design studies that answer business questions, how I present evidence to C-level, and how I prioritise against real commercial constraints.
Over 12 years I have run applied research across insurance, financial services, healthcare and enterprise AI: building research operations from zero, leading distributed teams across five countries, and putting every product on the same measures so quality can be tracked sprint over sprint, not argued about.
Most of it happened where research is hardest to run. I built the governance and ethics framework, the participant recruitment pipeline and the accessibility standard (WCAG 2.1 AA) that made the practice repeatable.
